Conrad is officially a 1st grader! As we previously mentioned, Conrad participates in an inclusion program, where children with special needs integrate with “typically developing” children. Conrad turned 6 years old last Thursday and we are busy preparing for his party. Absent from this year’s celebration will be Conrad’s self proclaimed “biggest fan”. Fr. Conrad has a new smile. His dentist was concerned that existing and potential tooth decay might lead to infection. So, he extracted some front teeth and capped the back, giving him a toothless grin in a shiny frame. He has received many compliments and is also eating much better.
